FUNTIONAL FITNESS TRAINING

This type of strength training readies your body for daily activities using your body weight as your primary fitness tool. Starting with low reps at a controlled pace we will maximize more muscles with full body routines. Combined with dance and fat burning cardio fitness to improve balance and work up a sweat!


 

Total Body Workouts

Full body workouts designed to target all major muscle groups and great for all fitness levels.  Each program focuses on maximizing your mobility, stamina, and endurance.   

Accountability and Support

Weekly support meetings are available for all our members. Your coach is also available by text and email whenever more support is needed because you are not in this alone! Ongoing support and accountability intended to help you  reach your goals.

 60-minute one on one training with fitness coach. 

Private Training Benefits:

Custom fitness plan,  24 hour access to trainer.  Short- and long-term goal setting, a long with weekly check-ins with coach. 


Soft Series

recommended for beginners
30-minute group training at a steady pace combining dance and walking fitness  intended to offer you a low impact, full body routine. This program is designed to burn fat and strengthen your muscles.

Movement Series

All levels welcome 

 30-minute group aerobic training program combining toning fitness and  dance. These fat burning cardio routines are designed to generate high levels of sweat while toning a large group of muscles with every move.This moderate pace, full body routine is intended to improve your balance, increase stamina, and muscle endurance in every session.  

Boot Camp

30 minutes of consistent strength and mobility training. Combining fat burning cardio and functional fitness to strengthen, time, and burn.
